I don't think they are married, though I do not know marriage law in the Land of Oo. Well, there is marriage, since they referenced it in the episode with Tree Trunks and the Pig. But if we're thinking that far with Lady and Jake, then Finn having a crush on a girl made of food has a lot weirder implications.
