AKA: "Don't act like you don't know what you did!"

I've been seeing a girl for a little while now. It's the first relationship I've been in for quite some time, and overall it hasn't been so bad. Until yesterday.
I hadn't heard from her since Thursday, which is a bit odd because she usually calls me every night when she gets off work. But we'd gone out to eat that night and, as far as I could tell, everything went fine.
I didn't hear from her at all on Friday, so yesterday I call her. She doesn't answer or call back the first two times, and when she does answer the third time, she sounds like she doesn't want to speak to me. Here is basically how the conversation goes toward the end:
Me: Is something wrong?
Her: I don't know. Is something wrong?
Me: I don't know, you just seem kind of upset.
Her: And what reason would I have to be upset?
Me: I'm not sure, that's why I'm asking if something is wrong!
Her: Well you know what, I'm busy right now. So why don't you think about it a while and call me back when you come up with a reason for why I might be upset.
End Call.
Like I said, that was yesterday afternoon, and I haven't spoken to her since. Not because I haven't figured out what the problem is; but because I'm not TRYING to figure out what the problem is. Because as mellow of a guy as I normally am, I absolutely goddamn HATE it when women pull this crap! (Men might do it too, I don't know).
As cliche as it is to say: I can't read minds! I thought that everything was going well, but she obviously disagrees. But if I've accidentally done something wrong, she needs to tell me what it was, so that I can understand the situation and then apologize for it if necessary. Don't just expect me to know if I've somehow hurt your feelings or something. Don't expect me to sit around fretting about "Is it something I said? Something I did? Something I didn't do or say?" when you could easily answer all those questions for me and save us both a lot of grief. And most importantly of all: Don't expect me to apologize, when I don't even know what it is I'm apologizing for, because that isn't fair!
I mean, that's how I look at it, anyway. And I pretty much told her as such in a text message not long after the phone call, which she hasn't responded to. I've already decided that I'm not going to play this bullshit game with her, so I figure one of two things is going to happen: Either she stops wasting both our time, calls me and tells me what I supposedly did wrong so we can deal with it and move on, or the relationship isn't going to last. We've only been dating a couple months, and even though being single again will suck for a while, it isn't going to devastate me if it comes to that.
Whatever ends up happening, I would like some assurance on whether or not I'm handling this properly (since I admit my relationship skills are a bit rusty). Has anyone else here ever been hit with a "You know what you did!" situation before? How did you handle it?
