Hardly ever. I have a television in my room and I'm more likely to turn it on to use for light between turning out the light and getting into bed.
Sometimes I will watch a show or movie with my mom in the living room. But, 99% of the time, the shows I watch are online, and even then, it's not often.
I'd rather listen to music or read.

I watch almost nothing live anymore. The few things from television I do watch (mostly wrestling) I DVR and watch at my convenience. Mostly though everything I watch is either on the internet or on DVD.

I channelsurf like a mofo, it would be a big adjustment to have to do without my satellite.

Kinda.
I watch Hulu/Netflix/Youtube THRU my TV, but not actual cable/television stations - does that count?
