You're right, people do care about wins. And Manning actually beat playoff-caliber teams in the regular season, where Tebow did not, something none of the apologists ever seem to want to acknowledge. The better player doesn't always win every game, but the better player will perform better in the long run. Over the course of a single season, the better player was Manning, and there is literally no logical argument that can be made to the contrary, despite how much the apologists wish there was. He also lost to playoff caliber teams too. In fact, all his losses were to playoff teams. I'm not arguing that Tebow is the better player, I would never be that stupid. I'm merely saying that Denver treated the kid just like Baltimore Ravens treated Trent Dilfer and they reaped what the sew. They may find something to go home happy about, but they are still going to be sitting at home probably eating ice cream out of the container when the Super Bowl hits. Rex Grossman started a Super Bowl game.

Greg Jennings' last TD as a Packer. I am happy to see that as well.

Everyone loses to playoff caliber teams, that's why they're playoff caliber teams. If it's not 1972 and you're not the Miami Dolphins, losses are part of your year. But you're right, they did reap what they sowed. They sowed a better QB, and they reaped better QB play, a better record, better future prospects, and a hell of a lot better divisional playoff game than they had the year before.

Dude really Trent was maybe the worse QB ever to win the SB Brad Johnson would give him a run for his money. I hope he gave Jon Gruden and his defense some gift cards and presents after that win. That goes for Diffler and McMahon too.

Eh, I don't know. I still don't think San Fran gets past Seattle - but it will be fun to watch them go at it once more.

Ah well. Happy with what they did this year. They were just outplayed by a better team.
And with that, my football season is officially over.

Making good things out of that is just you trying to take away some of the pain instead of owning up to it. Man, the only people I see who are completely owning up to it are Von Miller and Rahim Moore.

Going all the way this year! I knew we would win today but I'm surprised we dominated the whole game! Hoping for Seattle to win tomorrow and then we'll beat them at Candlestick next week!

well that was Greg Jennings last TD reception as a Packers player, not sure where he'll end up but he had a great career in green and gold

Well, we'll be back here in about 12 hours to see if the Falcons can hilariously blow it again.
Although the team they're playing is just better than them.
