Either way, Tensai never beat Cena clean, and you know that. He used mist then his finisher 1-2-3 in the middle so to act like Cena has won all his matches this year is comical at best. I'm not a fan of his but the fact is he's the biggest star on the roster and being said star he's going to get a push and after a down year and 500 days without the title its the right time.

Horrible end to RAW. Rock forgot how to brawl, Gerwertz forgot how to write, and Finlay goes superhuman.

12 men to hold back Punk. 1 Finlay to hold back Rock. So either Rock didn't care or Finlay = 12 men..... Definitely the second option.

Gotta say, very disappointed in tonight's effort. The show kinda petered out after the Hell No/Rhodes Scholars/Dr. Shelby segment, and the lack of legends was very disappointing as well. Gotta give this one a D.

I know people hate pull apart brawls to end shows but I like that these two are getting physical. This feud is already very intense and exciting.

This cracked me up. He's now the man who discourages fighting. What a sad career turn. How great would it be if Finlay came out swinging and just compounded onto the problem. If that happened, this would be the best RAW, forever and ever.

Would have been fine, if they didn't build it up to be anything special, but they kinda did.

You said last week my arms aren't long enough to box with God. Since I have been given a week I have finally come up with a retort. I will win at the Royal Rumble. Take that. CM Punk, fact, my scientists have determined that CM Punk is in fact equal or lesser than God, but they're still working on it.

Raw1000 was WAY better than this I know. Just because you just had a nostalgia show doesn't mean you look over another milestone. You can do Cena/Ziggler a thousand times, but you can only do the 20th Anniversary of Raw once. And man did they f*** it up big time.

Nah, Eve and Kaitlyn wouldn't have had that amazing divas and Brodus wouldn't have been made to look anywhere near competitive against Punk if we had legends up the wazoo.

It was no Raw X, with its live piano bar performance of Tell Me A Lie tribute to actually dead people rather than pretending to be hurt Shawn Michaels.

One thing I liked about that ending there was that, despite being a heel, Punk didn't back down from The Rock. He didn't try any sneak attacks. He went up towards him, and just went out to fight him.
At the end, the face Rock made was that he was surprised. Last time I think we had Rock have a surprised face like that (as a face at least) was when Jericho cut him off with "I AM NOT A JOKE" back in early 2002.

I guess they blew their wad on Raw 1000, but incredibly disappointing. After all the hype, the only "legends" were Rock (who was going to be there anyways) Foley and JR (who show up all the time regardless).
Even for a normal Raw, it was terrible. The best matches involved the top two tag teams in singles action and, SHOCKINGLY, the Divas match was spectacular, but a bit bittersweet as the roster thinned out.

Other than three commercials during last week's RAW there wasn't any hype by WWE, everything came from fans it seems.
