1-2-3 and Razor. Easily. That almost defines Raw for me.

I could be wrong, but I think it was Mabel crushing Taker's face. That was Raw, right?

The very first RAW, where Heenan was desperately trying to get into the Manhattan Center, and Taker beat Damien Demento.

Most of the '93 Raws are a gigantic blur to me, though for whatever reason I vividly remember the night Raw first came on the air. I was used to Prime Time Wrestling being on and didn't see the change coming even though I was only 7 at the time.

For some strange reason, it's a Four Corners Match between, I think, Los Boricuas, The Nation of Domination, Edge and Christian and Jeff Jarrett and someone else (maybe the DOA was in it instead of another team).

Christian jealously turning on "his brother" after Edge won KotR. Beating him with his giant trophy and then giving him a one man con-chair-to.

Clearest early memory? NWO running over the Rock in 2002 with a Big Wheel Truck.
Earliest memory period? RVD taking on Mr. Perfect (the first match I ever saw).
Really bizarre since the RVD/Perfect match happened after the Rock/NWO angle.

I can't remember which came first, but the first matches I recall are Bret Hart vs. Fatu and Undertaker vs. Damien Demento.
edit: A little research shows that the Undertaker/Demento match was from the first Raw so there's the answer.

Not including clips or matches I'd seen first on VHS or Mania (my mom watched "Murphy Brown" and "The Nanny" so I didn't see Raw for a few years), my earlier memory is May '96 as a silhouette of a woman accused Shawn Michaels of ruining her marriage/life, and the the 1-2-3 Kid vs. Marc Mero rematch from the Free-For-All before the April '96 In Your House.

The commercials for Silk Stockings and La Femme Nikita. Silk Stalkings was the closest I had to pornography back in 1993.

Would have probably of been 1997 . . . Sgt. Slaughter was wearing an army helmet and I want to say the Stooges were wearing football gear. The three of them were searching for Mankind backstage in the boiler room for Mr. McMahon.
The only memory that was maybe earlier than that I recall was a parody of JR and the King playing Karate Fighters. Guess it was an ad and I know Karate Fighters was a sponsor of WWF at one point. I just know that what I saw wasn't actually JR and the King but rather other people dressed as them. I don't think it was WCW but who knows.
