No matter how many times Cena gets distracted he just can't beat him.
Why did Cena need to win after countless distractions on RAW20? Wasn't it enough that he won after countless distractions last time?

I assumed he would win to make Ziggler look like a big deal for the future (which seemed to be the theme of the show). After JR mentioned no DQ for the 5th time in the first minute I assumed it would be a screwy win.
When AJ got on top of the cage and Big E attacked Cena inside I was a little disappointed they were making Ziggler's victory so tainted.
And then he lost...
It's all getting a bit ridiculous now.

And he'll still probably be World Heavyweight Champion by the end of the month. Logic would dictate that if a guy is going to be champion, you build him up with match wins, yes? But they're just doing what they did with Bryan... put the guy on a losing streak so "no one sees it coming" when they cash in and win... but all people will see is a guy who got lucky, not a guy who could legit be the best. I calculated the win/loss records for people during possession of Money In The Bank briefcases about 6 weeks ago, but here they are updated for Ziggler: Edge (1): 14-12-2 (50%) Rob Van Dam: 6-3 (66.7%) Mr. Kennedy: 1-5-1 (14.3%, no cash-in) Edge (2): N/A (no matches between winning briefcase and cash-in) CM Punk (1): 14-12-1 (51.8%) CM Punk (2): 9-5 (64.3%) Jack Swagger: 0-1 (0%) Kane: N/A (no matches between winning briefcase and cash-in) The Miz: 9-9-2 (45%) Daniel Bryan: 12-18-1 (38.7%) Alberto Del Rio: 3-3 (50%) Dolph Ziggler: 16-32 (33.3%, ongoing)John Cena: N/A (no matches between winning briefcase and cash-in) That's kind of... not good there. ![:-/](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/undecided.png)

Poor Ziggler? Poor Mister Hashtag Heel take advantage of mentally disturbed girl and keep Big E in the friendzone?

During this match, my wife said "Could Cena and Orton lose on the same night?" There was some hope that they'd finally put Ziggler over with a second win, even if it was by screwy measures. But no, Mr. "Overcome the Odds" does it again.

to be honest Ziggler's been getting the best of Cena for most of the feud so I had no problem with Cena winning. plus I lol'ed when Ziggler's first action in the match was to immediately run for the door.

Wait, what? How has Ziggler been getting the best of Cena lately? He's had shit dumped all over him and has been beaten clean by Cena twice in a row since beating Cena due to outside help.
And, just to make sure that all of us get the message about how Cena is SO much more awesome than Ziggler, I wouldn't be surprised if we had to sit through at least two more matches where Cena goes over.

Yeah it's been pretty odd, like the entire story of Cena vs Ziggler/AJ/Langston is that he's better than all 3 of them combined, like Big Show vs SES.

Like I said in the Raw thread, Big E's gonna have to throw Cena through a spotlight for Dolph to beat him at this point.

I mean look at his record against the top three active faces: Vs. Sheamus – 0-12 (Singles), 2-12 (Tag), 0-1-1 (Others) – 2-25-1 (Overall) Vs. John Cena – 1-4-1 (Singles), 1-8 (Tag), 0-1-1 (Others) – 2-13-2 (Overall) Vs. Randy Orton – 4-9 (Singles), 3-8 (Tag) – 7-17 (Overall) Overall, that's 11-55-3, which is a 16% win rate.

At this rate Ziggler is going to have to decapitate Cena with a Katana and he'll still probably kick out.

Its a perfect example of them taking a guy who can talk, wrestle and connect with the crowd and them doing everything they can to bury him from breaking through.
Its ridiculous that at this point, I can never see Ziggler as a threat to Cena. So why would I ever invest in Ziggler at a PPV level? I know he cant win the big one.

If Ziggler couldn't beat Super Saiyan Sheamus, how in the hell you do believe he's going to beat the Last Son of Krypton?

Big E. Langston is eventually going to get tired of this goof losing all the time and wreck him, and possibly steal his girlfriend.

The booking of heels who aren't 6'7 and 280lbs at times is so monumentally s***ty at times, it's astounding. If you have a heel who is so incredibly inferior to the face, why should the audience care when the face easily whoops the heel's ass the eight time any more then the the first if it's always the same?
See: Sheamus VS Del Rio.

We'll care when Ziggler squashes Ryder next week, puts him in the sleeper hold and doesn't let go.

You can all say "we told you so" if Ziggler fails to cash in. For now, he's a champion in waiting whose best skill is selling. It will be harder for him to sell when he becomes a chicken**** heel champion.
