Hey, when did Kane lose the big metal mask thing?

I just noticed last week he wasn't wearing his big boiler suit mask thing. When did that get dropped?

Then they should just make a new one that is much more durable. It didn't appeal to me much at first, now it's like "Where's that cool mask?"
