So I've read that they're doing "VIP Sessions" for WM 29 Fan Axxess and I was wondering, what are they exactly? Are they singing sessions, photo-ops, meet and greets, what? And are they worth buying a ticket for it?

If I remember correctly, it's priority placing for the various meet-and-greets with the bigger name guys, like Cena, Rock, Punk, etc.

Info on Axxess and the VIP tickets: www.wwe.com/shows/wrestlemania/29/wrestlemania-29-axxess-tickets-26083157I bought two VIP sessions last year and got to meet Shawn Michaels and Sheamus. Some of the attractions have a separate line for VIP ticket holders; as you can probably guess, these lines are much shorter than the line for GA ticket holders. I was able to walk right into Undertaker's Graveyard--no wait whatsoever! Fair bit of warning though: If the base price of the ticket scares you off, just wait until Ticketmaster tacks on all those onerous service fees. WWE listed last year's VIP tickets at $95, but with fees included it came to $137! That's PER TICKET, mind you! My advice is to check out the list of Superstars being offered for VIP sessions and see if any of them strike your fancy. That backstage tour of Raw does sound enticing. My poor credit card is gonna take a whipping come Saturday.

Rock did not do one last year and I doubt he will this year either. Someone on the wwe.com comments posted a VIP listing but it's more than likely not the real one.
Also the pre-sale starts on the 22nd at 10am ET so be prepared for that instead of Saturday, last year the VIP's were gone in a hurry due to the people traveling from overseas.
