John Cena, Sheamus, Alberto Del Rio, Randy Orton, Ryback, Team Hell No, and for the time being, The Rock.
By the time Mania rolls around, we could also be seeing Triple H and Undertaker.
As for heels, all we have to feud with them are CM Punk, Big Show, Dolph Ziggler, and The Shield (but as a group, not individuals).
Who do you think they'll turn heel to even things out?
My money is on Orton and ADR making a quick return to heeldom after he drops the title.

Orton will probably turn, and you could probably include Barrett in the list of heels.

I've brought this up in every thread whenever someone suggests that someone like Ziggler or Swagger turns face. I've mentioned that every week, one or more of these uppercarders are stuck steamrolling over 3MB because there's nothing else to do.
Even if Orton turns there's still a huge imbalance.
The Shield members are nowhere near ready to be main eventing in a one on one, non-gimmick match scenario.
Most of those uppercard faces, except for Miz, are "too good" for the IC Title, so Wade Barrett is probably going to be stuck floating around in meaningless matches until right before he drops the belt.
They could turn Hell No fully heel. Kane and Bryan just get tired of making asses out of themselves for the WWE Universe's entertainment. Kane goes back into full monster mode, and Bryan just re-embraces the YES! because he likes the idea of "making these stupid people dance like puppets".
Another option would be to turn a lower card face heel and give him a push, but imo, most of the low card faces deserve to move up as faces.

Orton will almost definitely turn sometime between now and 'Mania.
Alberto Del Rio is WWE's new mega-babyface Latino star (with Rey on his last legs and Sin Cara injury-prone and largely seen as a bust), there's no way they're turning him again soon.

I think Orton turning seems a cert given how he has done virtually nothing since his comeback and seems destined to feud with Sheamus.
Other than that of the main faces you have four main event faces for mania: Rock, Cena, Undertaker, Triple H, and two main event heels: Lesnar and Punk. The solution for mania seems clear that two of those faces are going to clash (Rock v Cena or Cena v Taker would be the obvious two choices).
Beyond mania then you have bigger issues with the imbalance. Ziggler can be elevated (and is being pushed) which leaves him to feud with Ryback and possibly Del Rio. You also can throw Big Show into that mix.
I think Wade Barrett will move up the card as well, so really they are reliant on Barrett and Ziggler becoming main event heels and turning Orton. Team Hell No are fine where they are at the moment elevating the tag division, but once they are done with that both could be main event faces or heels - especially Daniel Bryan who I think belongs in the main event.
I am really rambling, but I think with a few tweaks the imbalance can be solved.

I'd take Rhodes and Sandow out of the tag division and use them to hold down the fort in the heel upper midcard as singles. Cesaro could be on that level too.

Ryder should turn heel, blame the fans for his depush, then feud with with let's say Miz until he's at uppercard level.

The only heel I can think of that's a former world champion is Jack Swagger who's off TV and technically Dolph Ziggler. Oh, and Big Show.

This gives reason to turn R-Truth heel.

This gives reason to turn R-Truth heel. He effortlessly took over Raw during his heel run in 2011, and it was glorious. Problem is he's not that good a worker as a heel, much better as a face in the ring. That's a pretty common trait amongst wrestlers these days, particularly ones that aren't very good technical wrestlers.

He has been facing Orton, Sheamus etc lately and is featured prominently atm

I'd rather see Bryan shave the beard, & become a corporate kiss ass. Bring Vince back in a managerial/boss/ring leader type role & have Bryan constantly have to reassure him that Kane doesn't want to kill him. No Chance in Hell even works as a theme & team name!

I think they will be fine. They have Punk, Big Show, The Shield, Rhodes, Sandow, Barrett, Cesaro, Ziggler, and maybe Orton turning.

I thought this exact thing while watching SD last night. SD has too many face guys on there right now, especially with Del Rio turning. The only real solution is to turn Orton since there's no one else on any kind of top level to turn heel that would matter.

I think Ryder is gonna go SRS soon and turn heel, I doubt he will go anywhere but he will prolly be King of the heel midcard for a bit. Orton is turning too, Lesnar should be back for mania, and Henry could come back soon as well.
