Which Royal Rumble PPV do you think had the strongest and most memorable undercard?

2000 for me, you had Tazz vs Kurt Angle, Hardyz/Dudleys table match and the HHH vs Cactus Jack streetfight.

91 had the Rockers match and Slaughter vs. Warrior, which was memorable. Plus Dustin & Dusty Rhodes vs. DiBiase and Virgil, which had Virgil's face turn.

2000 was probably the only year where the undercard was better than the Rumble itself (although this year also has a shot of doing that).

Hard to argue with 2000 overall I have to agree, although it did also have the hideous Mae Young bikini incident.

92.
1 The New Foundation (Owen Hart and Jim Neidhart) defeated The Orient Express (Tanaka and Kato) (with Mr. Fuji) Tag team match 17:18 2 Roddy Piper defeated The Mountie (c) (with Jimmy Hart) Singles match for the WWF Intercontinental Championship 05:22 3 The Beverly Brothers (Blake and Beau) (with The Genius) defeated The Bushwhackers (Luke and Butch) (with Jamison) Tag team match 14:56 4 The Natural Disasters (Earthquake and Typhoon) (with Jimmy Hart) defeated Legion of Doom (Hawk and Animal) (c) by countout Tag team match for the WWF Tag Team Championship 09:24
When you consider the Rumble it self, and the commentary it could be argued That it's amongst the best PPVs The E ever did.

2001 is my favorite, with the Benoit/Jericho ladder match and Angle/Triple H in one of my favorite heel vs. heel matches ever.

2007 had the great Cena/Umaga match, a very good MNM/Hardys match and Batista/Kennedy was decent. I'd still go with 2000 but 2007 deserves a shout.

1991
Macho clubbing Warrior over the head with the sceptre
Sarge finally bringing some honour back to the WWF title, replacing that awful lavander belt with a black one

2001, even with a 2-minute Chyna/Ivory match. Mainly because every match had a purpose.

For me the list is: 1 - 2000 - obvious choice but it's amazing up and down the card 2 - 2007 - Cena/Umaga is one of the best matches I've ever seen, and Batista vs Kennedy reminds me of a time when I was shouting for Kennedy to win whilst watching the PPV live 6 years ago. Brilliant. 3 - 2001 - Great throughout. 4 - 1992 - Fun as all hell tag team undercard. Beyond that, well, nothing stands out in the history of the PPV.

Close call between 2000 and 2001. Nothing else has come close to those too IMO.

I actually don't even care for Piper's match that much, it was a nice moment and passable but nothing noteworthy. The latter two tag matches are absolutely awful though.
