I'll add in a few
Stubbed my big toe on my deck when I was like 12, took all the skin off the top of the toe, bled like a mother....
I was around 14 and I was cutting this piece of gum in half, one of these squares of gum, anyway, cut my thumb down to the bone.
Finally, I was playing hide and seek with some neighbor kids when I was 11, was by this really steep hill and tripped and fell down the entire hill. Broke my pinky finger on my right hand.

At work, was taking a plate out of the dishwasher during service as the kitchen porter was being a little slow. Anyway, lifted it out and it cracked in my hand, a bit of ceramic cut through the skin between my pinky and forth finger and bounced off of the edge of the sink coming up and doing more damage.
Was told had it been a couple of millimeteres to the left I'd have most likely would have needed plastic surgery on my hand.

When I was like 11,I cut the tendon in my right thumb clean in-half.I went to dump the trash in the big trash bins behind my house and at the time they were taller than I was,so when doing so,I had to grab the top of the bag at the top with both hands and just launch it over my head, into the trash.Right after I let go of the bag,I noticed red stuff dripping everywhere and assumed it was tomato sauce, until I looked at my hand and could see the inside of my hand.I f***in' panicked.Surgery followed.Always assumed it was cut by the top of some kind of canned good.Till this day I'm very careful when opening and properly disposing of can tops.
