www.impactwrestling.com/live-events/item/4002-February-22-Detroit,-MI Does this mean there are cheaper and/or free tickets aside from the $75.00 ones? Has anyone gone to an event like this outside of the Orlando Impact Zone? I never pay to get into there and I always used to hear stories about WWE or WCW giving away free tickets to fill seats. Maybe even TNA did this too, again... not referring to the Impact Zone in specific as I am already familiar with that and have been front row every time there. I've got Orlando connections!

Besides the impact zone I think they only give free ones out if the tickets don't sell too well.
Yeah there's a link there for ticket information. There are $20.00 and $30.00 tickets also available.

The ring was set up on the stage. I would love to hear details as this would be the same setup. How was it all set up? An entrance ramp thru the crowd? Did they rise from the orchestra pit? Just enter from stage left? I must say, it seems like a weird concept. Did they put up a simple tron at least?

I've been too two events. The two St. Louis area Lockdowns. There prices are a little higher then a WWE Raw event. But a couple bucks. I've gotten around the 45 dollar range and was a good seat. TNA does give away tickets if they don't sell well. How many is the question. I can tell you the first Lockdown pre Hogan area has the bigger crowd then then Hogan era one. I brought my tickets the day of the event on the last event and still got seats that was close too where I sat the first time. Where the first event I brought my in advance. The free stuff outside of radio contest I don't know how to acquire them.

If it's like the house shows I went to there was no entrance ramp and they just walked down the aisle to the ring. Also if it's like the house shows I went to the lighting rig will be too low for the wrestlers to do much But that's a problem with the building they book and not their setup.. so it's probably fine

Actually, if you want to see how the amphitheater setting works, watch the live Impact in Vegas from 2008. It was done at the Joint at the Hard Rock, which at the time, seated 1500 people.
