Got a combo pack in the mail the other day. I watched the Diamond Dozen last night and did the moves. It's definately enjoyable to watch and the moves are something one can do seemingly anywhere, whether at the sink in the bathroom or in an elevator (tried both places). The booklet that comes with it is a good read to supplement the workouts with the good foods. I wonder if any wrestlers at Wrestlemania VI paid DDP no mind, considering him a jobroni driving the pink cadillac for Honkytonk, not realizing 22 years later he'd be literally saving the life of one of the biggest stars of that show.

Why would they have thought of him as anything? It would be like anybody thinking one of those dancing ladies from last years Mania would be a Diva someday.

So I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on getting DDP Yoga. However, I really don't need to lose weight, I'm 5 foot 7, 155 lbs and in pretty good shape and I lift a lot. Yoga has always intrigued me for the purposes of being more flexible and strengthening my core. I don't think I'd be able to follow the diet very well, but it might help me eat healthier. Can someone tell me if DDP Yoga is good for building strength/muscle?

Diamond Cutter especially WILL push you to your limit.

If it does work for Scott then just give DDP every single award that exists.

Dude, forget about sending anyone to rehab. Just send them over to DDP.
Anne Sullivan and Jesus Christ aren't the only miracle workers. Feel the BANG, baby!!

This is great. Even better is that it seems like Jake totally appreciates everything and is well aware of what he's been given.

That is great news about Scott Hall and really cool to hear Jake excited for him in his comments.
I watched some DVDs and picked up a few moves and am trying to build up to 10 minute increments at night and it does seem like I am loosing in the belly.

The big test for Jake is still going to be once he leaves the house and goes back out on his own. Unless he's planning on living with DDP forever, which I doubt.

Everything DDP has done for Jake is great and he is an amazing person for doing it, but I just hope Jake is able to continue going down the right path.

I haven't read the whole thread, but DDP seems to go above and beyond with people in pretty much every way. My favourite DDP story is with Jimmy Yang. He basically helped get Yang into WCW after Yang and a friend showed up at his house Trick or Treating on Halloween, dressed as Sting and DDP. After that, DDP got Yang and his friend to put up his Christmas lights, got them pizza, and ended up getting Jimmy Yang a job at WCW. On Halloween, he even brought them in and posed with them for pictures.
Yang said in his shoot that, while he loves the fans, he doesn't think he could do stuff like that with them.

His other wrestling accomplishments withstanding, DDP should get into the Hall of Fame just on this alone.

Amazing that Jake is begging to help someone else instead of being the one asking for help.
