One good thing unlike the NES, SNES, and N64 games the Game boy games haven't really gone up in price Yeah. Though the most expensive cart I've seen is Mega Man 5 for 100 bucks Yea....The more expensive GB stuff have to be the Game Boy Color stuff like Shantae.

Bought a SEGA Nomad a while back. Good man. The Nomad is such a cool piece of hardware, even if it does eat batteries like a giant battery-eating thing and crashes your game if you bump it slightly during gameplay.

The only problem was when I bought it, it didn't came with the battery pack but the ac adapter instead. So I had to buy a battery pack off of ebay a couple days ago for it. Between this and the Game Gear...I like the Nomad more. Game Gear has some good game but the Genesis Library is pretty much better and atleast the sound on this work unlike the two game gear that I have.

Mine didn't come with the battery pack either, but I figured that since I'm only going to be using the Nomad at home anyway I might as well just stick with the AC adapter.
Game Gear is one of those systems I don't have and don't really plan on getting, because it doesn't have anything I want to play on it and all the interesting games are available on the Master System or Genesis. It must have been cool to be able to play Sonic on the go back in the early 90s, but that's not much of a selling point over 20 years later.

I got my game gear 5 year ago when my aunt give me her old one with 16 games with it then a year ago I bought a second one with like 5 games from someone I know for only $10. The Sonic games are pretty good but they suck playing on the game gear screen. The Nomad is pretty much what the game gear should had been.

The Game Gear is one of my favorite systems. I liked it better than the Game Boy.
Unfortunately, my Game Gear just stopped working. I put new batteries in it and turned it on: nothing. Hooked the AC Adapter into the wall: nothing.
I liked a lot of GG games: Sonic 2, Sonic Chaos, Sonic Triple Trouble, Columns, Shinobi, Slider, Joe Montana Football.

The two I have, they still work but with no sound. You don't even get any sound from using headphone either.

Found out yesterday the price of the Retron 5 has been raised to $140 and the release has been pushed to May now. Saw it at www.8bitclassics.com where I preordered.

Finally picked up Super Mario 64 and Windwaker for Gamecube.
Also finally picked up a memory card so I can actually play my Gamecube games.
