In the most recent Royal Rumble video ("Number 11 - the number of people Kane eliminated.." - that video), they show a guy running down the aisle that I don't think I've ever seen before.
It's during the "mass of humanity" bit, where it shows all the super heavyweights in the ring, and it shows a fat black guy with white face pain running down the aisle.
Anyone any idea who that is?

I think you talking about one of the Swatt Team members. In the 96 Rumble there was a team in it call this and they where a twin tag team that where two fat black guys in face paint. One guy eliminated and his partner came out to enter when the first one was walking too the back. They both re-enter to take out I believe Vader for eliminated the first guy. But they failed as they both got thrown back out. One by Vader the other I think by either Mabel or Yoko. Can't remember which.

The Swat Team. They were never regular performers in WWE. They have wrestled in various promotions thoughout the world, but that Rumble appearance was their only major appearance in the U.S. (meaning they weren't on major WWF or WCW shows). They often worked hardcore matches. They also used the name Headhunters.

I remember there being a short period where they actually were going to bring the Headhunters in, but it didn't last long, and some idiot in the crowd managed to confuse both of them for Abdullah the Butcher.

They often worked hardcore matches. They also used the name Headhunters. They appeared again in 1997 with Jim Cornette doing a terrible run-in against the Headbangers. And I think they were actually called the "Squat" Team.
