That's the question.
From an objective standpoint, for me, it's probably Benoit vs. Angle, even though I still haven't really been able to bring myself to watch a Chris Benoit match since the tragedy. I keep meaning to get myself over it so I can enjoy my favorite Rumble of all-time again (2004), but I just haven't been able to get there.
A second favorite of mine, however, is HHH vs. Cactus Jack at Rumble 2000.
What are your picks?

John Cena vs. Umaga from 2007(?). A damn brutal knock-down, drag-out slugfest of a match.

HHH vs Cactus Jack at Royal Rumble 2000 was a great match, as was The Rock vs Mick Foley at 1999, but I give my pick to Chris Jericho vs Chris Benoit at 2001.

I love The Rockers vs. The Orient Express from the 1991 Royal Rumble. Tag team wrestling at its best.

Cena / Umaga was the first thing to come to mind, and I think I'm sticking to it.

I will forever mark for Taz debuting by knocking off an unbeaten Kurt Angle. For one fleeting moment Taz was legit in the WWE.
