They are going to have a hard time selling that PPV. Everyone knows Rock/Cena isn't changing, and finding out what the WHC title situation won't sell many PPVs either.
Smarter move would have been Punk retaining tonight and Rock winning at EC. Sell more PPVs that way.

See I was just thinking given the ad, that maybe Rock and the Raw title picture will be in the chamber.. Build drama that way, probably artificially so, but still.
