Someone else just hit me.
Remember that little report?
This pretty much confirms Derpy dead as well.

It honestly kind of has. I'm counting 5 Alicorns in about 20 seconds of speech. That's what we call in the advert script business as sloppy. Alicorns, Alicorns, Alicorns, Alicorns, Alicorns, Alicorns, Alicorns, Alicorns, Alicorns.

The word Alicorn has lost all meaning. It honestly kind of has. Alicorn had a meaning besides winged unicorn?

Faust went from dealing with Hasbro to dealing with Cartoon Network by working on the Superheroine DC Nation shorts. And we all know how Jamie Kellner thinks about things that are successful on that network.
Maybe she can make Johnny Test: This Show Isn't Terrible, Seriously.
Also, the bronies have no one to blame but themselves for Derpy's fate.

Also, people have to just leave Lauren the f*** alone. She's done with the show, and a lot of it is just painful for her considering the poor handling of her original vision. That, and she's moving on to new projects. Yes, the ponies were a big part of her career, but she has no power over anything any more. She's said on numerous occasions that she doesn't watch the show due to it being so different from her original intentions.

Lauren really has had a bad luck of the draw, hasn't she? Also doesn't help that her husband is currently working for Disney......the higher ups at CN might not take kindly to that.

She's also working on Wander Over Yonder with Craig, so yeah

Well, the CN execs have shown themselves to be pretty petty so I wouldn't put it past them.
Also, what's Craig McCracken doing for Disney now?
EDIT: Answered above apparently! Glad to hear Lauren's working on it with him.

Someone else just hit me. Remember that little report? This pretty much confirms Derpy dead as well. Wait, what little report? It was a reddit article that mentioned plans to Alicorn Twilight as well to enforce that Derpy never appears on the show again

So our friendship lesson of the day is that executive meddling is bad and has ruined more things than we can count. ;D

It honestly kind of has. Alicorn had a meaning besides winged unicorn? Actually Alicorn is what the horn of a unicorn is called. Alicorn only means a unicorn pegasus in the MLP fandom.

Have you seen Derpy this season? So.....RIP, Derpy.

Speaking of Derpy, something I wanted to bring up to you guys: Where was the bulk of the complaints against her?
99% of all the discussion I read was fans rushing to her defense and people complaining about "political correctness", and the only thing I could find that expressed some objection to her was that one dinky (no pun intended) little petition that didn't get that many signatures.

That's the thing, almost no one in the fanbase complained about her. It was a bunch of trolls who started the "controversy". So Hasbro has killed off a fan favorite character thanks to trolls.

Also, the bronies have no one to blame but themselves for Derpy's fate. I think Kellner left Time Warner like a decade ago. Now he just operates some TV stations.
