www.youtube.com/watch?v=iKyh_yxdB18When I think back about it, Batista brought the best out of Cena. Unlike Cena's other rivals, Batista managed to get the vast majority of the crowds on Cena's side. The matches as well were pretty good and Batista was already built up in a way that would make Cena an actual underdog. Hell, I think Cena's promos were at his best when against Dave. Agree or Disagree?

Disagree, but I would still place him pretty high. I think why it did work was because they were rivals for so long, without even feuding. Their climb to the top happened at the same time, they were kings of their domain. And it makes sense that only through injury that "Cena eclipsed Batista". Batista had real gripes about the guy, "broke his neck", and was tired of playing second fiddle at a time when he didn't need to. It just made sense. Here's my placement of Cena's best rivals;
