Flacco is the guy we secretly want on our team but don't want to admit it Hell no I don't. We had a mediocre, egotistical QB once - he cried his way out of town and we've been better ever since.

Jim Harbaugh is a child. An idiot with zero class. Thank god he did not win because the podium would have had room for only him and his head. I admit I'll never get sick of seeing his little temper tantrums on the sidelines though. No, he shouldn't have done that, but it's not as if his complaints aren't without merit. The Ravens did get some really favorable calls and no-calls go their way. After a close loss in the Super Bowl like this, I don't think you can bash him too much for being upset. They both did. San Fran's offensive line had some serious holds that didn't get called on. But I appreciate Jerome Boger sitting back and not handing this game to either team. The 49ers got a huge break with the power outage and almost came back from the momentum shift it bred. But it still wasn't enough for them and the Ravens won. This was a good game, for some very strange reasons but I'm glad that it didn't change too much on a completely trandom incident.

To end all notions of teams beating teams in one week mattering in the regular season meaning too much. Charlie Batch beat the Super Bowl champions. Patrick Ramsey did that in 2003.

He's every right to be upset. But there's a way to go about it. Ever since he's entered the nfl I think he's been a hotheaded crybaby. A sore winner (remember Detroit last year) and an even sorer loser. Don't know if he was like that at Stanford too or not.

Flacco is the guy we secretly want on our team but don't want to admit it No, I have Eli Manning. I'm good. I think Flacco's proven himself a franchise quarterback this season and especially the postseason, and I'd take him in a heartbeat if my guy was like, Ryan Fitzpatrick or Mark Sanchez. But there's also better or equivalent out there and my guy's one of them.

Started in on the refs for giving the game to the Ravens, being blind, and not knowing the rules. Went on and on about how the refs not calling PI and holding on the endzone play and the safety cost them the game. Agree or disagree with his POV, you cannot do that, especially after an hour and blowing off all other media. The Pass Interference was an incidental contact. Both the receiver and defensive back had their hands on each other. However that goes you can't really call it on one guy or the other.

According to CBS' Jason La Canfora, "a lot of people believe" impending free agent Ed Reed will sign with the Colts.

I'd still take Peyton over Flacco and tendency to throw picks aside, Romo is still pretty good. Hell don't even know if Flacco's long bombing style would work that well in Dallas at all, so yeah, I'm good with the QBs my teams already have.

I'm not defending what he did against Detroit last year but...Jim Schwartz was acting like a prick through that game as well and that's what caused it if I remember correctly. No excuse for being a sore winner about it but it wasn't without provocation. Then again, I hate the Lions so I didn't mind them getting it shoved in their face.

Jim Schwartz is as much a punk as his team so I put that more on him than Harbaugh.

As a Lions fan, I'll say this. I think the main reason I haven't been a fan of the 49ers is because of Harbaugh. Partly because of his attitude, and partly because after they beat the Lions last season, the Lions haven't been the same. I'm not really surprised to see Harbaugh act like that, since that's how he's always acted. At the same time, I can't really say I blame him. It honestly seemed like every single call in that game went Baltimore's way. Not just the three he mentioned, there were a couple of Offensive PI calls and a couple of Offsides calls that didn't get called on Baltimore as well (I think they were mainly in the 1st half). So, I can get why he's upset. Should he have reacted that way? No, but knowing Harbaugh, I can't say I'm surprised.

OK, maybe I should rephrase that- Flacco's like one of those wrestlers we don't want to give credit too despite a solid body of work.
He's the 'Do we HAVE to give him credit?' type of guy.

I agree with that one but they were holding like a sumbitch on the safety. As many times as Frisco held, that they didn't call, not to mention the illegal blocks in the back, I think it was pretty even-handed. There were a lot of non-calls both ways and if every little thing had been called, I think it would've seriously stifled the game.
