Richard III, the last King of England to be killed in battle, has had his remains discovered underneath a car park in Leicester, which is in the East Midlands of England. He was killed in 1485, and his skeleton has finally been found 528 years later. Imagine the overdue car park fines... ;D www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-leicestershire-21063882

Used to pass this regularly on my way to my friend's house when I was in Leicester for Uni.
There was a little plaque nearby that pointed out where he supposedly fell after the Battle Of Bosworth Field, and there's so little distance between the two that it's probably correct. Quite awesome to know that it's really him!

I once saw an off-Broadway production of Richard III with Peter Dinklage in the title role. He was excellent. And now I imagine the bones were that of a half man.
HALF MAN!

that's pretty funny considering Tyrion basically IS Richard the 3rd except for the part about actually being king.
