Oasis - What's The Story (Morning Glory)?
Guns N' Roses - Use Your Illusion I (GN'R Lies doesn't count as the second album since it is just a collection of older songs from the Live Like a Suicide demo with a few new studio tracks thrown in for good measure)
Weezer - Pinkerton

The Stooges' "Fun House" and The Who's "A Quick One" are a couple other good ones that I don't think have been mentioned yet.
EDIT: Oh, and the Dictators "Blood Brothers"

That's like Doom's fifth or sixth album. Anyway, my choices: 1) Mobb Deep's 'The Infamous' 2) Beastie Boys' 'Paul's Boutique' 3) Outkast - ATLiens I'm counting his MF doom moniker, not his other egos. Why not? It's the same dude doing a record by himself. Would you consider the first Chris Gaines album a debut? Or Willenium a sophomore Will Smith album? I can see not counting KMD, but there's absolutely no difference between a Vikton Vaughn album and an MF Doom album. At the very least, MadVillain is him as the MF Doom character, just produced by Madlib.

Hell Hath No Fury - ClipseTrap Muzik - T.I. Chemical Warfare - The Alchemist Oddly enough, this is actually the third Clipse album. Their debut, Exclusive Audio Footage, was completed, promoted and actually sent in its entirety to be reviewed by magazines. While not on the level of Lord Willin or Hell Hath No Fury, and with a far more animated style, it's an interesting listen. Entirely produced by the Neptunes, it was shelved before either were particularly big players in the music industry and the first single "The Funeral" didn't set the world on fire: (language warning) I recall the best song on the record being "Got Caught Dealing"

It's like saying Power of the Dollar is 50 Cent's first album, they were both bootlegged so much that the record company didn't bother to release it.
