Personally, I think my diet is pretty good. I mostly eat grilled chicken, tuna, egg-whites, yogurt and fruit. Boring, yes, but very healthy.

Depends on your source for what is healthful eating. I eat little to no bread or sweets, plenty of meat, fats/oils, cheese, and green vegetables and sometimes have fruit. Couldn't feel more energetic, alert, and indefatigable.

My diet is better than how it was before. Keyword is better. I don't eat too many fatty foods much. I eat a lot of bread, yes, but mostly sourdough or wheat. I cut back on mayonnaise and I could take cheese or leave it. I hardly drink soda anymore, but the only sugary drink I usually have is Minute Maid punch and that's it, as well as OJ.
I mostly prefer to have Pop Chips or baked chips. I hardly have the fried ones unless I feel like having them but I have to make a gap between times I have them.

When I get together with friends and we grill out, it's like Motley Crue except the food is our heroin

Recently, I have given up fast food completely- and to eat less rice and cutting down on bread. I started eating oatmeal more regularly along with juicing vegetables and fruits.

Before a year ago (Jan 27th 2012) it sucked, hot pockets, soda/iced tea, sweets galore. I weighed 320.
Since then, much better, I'll have a banana and apple, cereal (like honey nut cheerios or frosted shredded wheat as of late), chicken for dinner with vegetables and apple sauce. I also run everyday. I weigh 165 btw. The thing is when losing weight, its not about what you're gonna eat to lose weight, its that yiu are going to eat that way for good and not just til you hit your goal. I do enjoy a hoagie once a week btw.

I'm a long way from maintenance phase, but at least I'm used to eating differently. Not that I no longer like the foods I used to eat.

Three carefully portioned meals a day, plus one snack, usually around 1800 calories max per day.
Times I don't feel like making a meal (or just not hungry, yet need some substance), I'll whip up a whey protein shake. I also exercise 5-6 days a week.

My dad's a doctor with body-building as a hobby and my mom is a dentist. So yes. What they made me eat sort of stuck with me for life.

Oh not really. More like they indoctrinated me a certain way so I don't even want other foods like my mom used to tell me chocolate would destroy all my teeth so to this day, I never touched the stuff out of traumatized free will. And since high school or so my dad was like "THAT'S BAD FOR MUSCLES" and since then I didn't touch certain types of food. They actually never tried to stop me from eating anything, they just did a really, really good job at making me not want to eat it.

I mean, I consider myself to be big, but I eat less junk food these days. I eat a sandwich daily, but I don't put mayo in there as much as before. I did drop a few pounds, but I have never gotten to a point where I want to eat the "bland but healthy" stuff.

I'ts a lot better than it used to be. I rarely ever touch fast food anymore, I've cut back on a lot of soda and I'm doing a lot of juicing instead. Plus my sweet tooth has weakened considerably, I can't deal with a lot of sugar the way I did when I was younger.

I'm not super healthy, but I'm not terrible. I usually have either an egg-white omelet with some kind of veggie and meat or cheese in the morning (like, a ham-and-spinach omelet, or an asparagus and cheese omelet), or an apple and cheese. For lunch, I'll typically have a salad with lots of veggies and protein (cucumbers, carrots, snap peas, chicken, black beans, etc). For dinner, it's whatever I feel like cooking, which can be stew, chili, falafel, stir-fries, etc. (I don't worry about fats, but I don't like mayo or salad dressing... my fats are olive oil, cheeses, and butter.)
My regular indulgences are semisweet chocolate, triscuits with port wine cheese, and diet root beer. If it weren't for those, I probably would say I'm super healthy, but I eat those things more than I should, I think! Particularly the diet soda... I'm well aware of what they say about it, but since I'm still skinny and it still tastes like regular A&W, I'm hooked.
If I'm out for some reason (on a date, somebody's birthday, etc) I won't be rigid about what I eat... I don't mind eating pizza or cake or whatever for a special occasion. But I just try not to make those things staples.
