It's either Oro or Akuma/Shin Akuma. They're both ridiculously strong, and tend to handicap themselves when fighting others just because.

Um... Zangief is the logical choices due to his suplexes. But T-Hawk may be a contender with his one handed ability to leap and throw.

Akuma once punched a mountain in half. One-handed throws are irrelevant at that point.

Akuma or Oro are your options.
Possibly Gen if he was healthy, seeing as he fought Akuma to a draw (Akuma quit the match when he realised Gen was ill)

Wasn't Gen on the very, very short list of people who survived Akuma's Shungokusatsu? Yes, him and Gill, less because they were stronger than Akuma, but because they both had techniques that counteracted it. Gill survived because he could regenerate. Gen survived because it attacks the user's soul, and Gen somehow has the ability to empty his soul via plot contrivance. Bison technically survived it, but only because he had a backup body. Man, I'm way too nerdy about fighting game plots. |
