We all know about stuff like the Marvel cinematic universe and Kevin Smith films, but there are other films which share the same universe. For example, in Coming to America, Akeem gives money to two poor bums, who happen to be the Duke brothers from Trading Places, therefore putting the two films in the same "universe". Any other examples?

Catwoman takes place in the same verse as the 90s Batmans, by way of there being a photo of Pfeifer's catwoman. Though frankly, that film was a dolled up Crow sequel

From the looks of it, EVERYTHING is connected... MovieBob said so HERE. (OK, this is more TV related, but it does sneak into movie territory with the Star Trek and Aliens references...)

There are some connections with both Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez films, such as Big Kahuna Burger and Sheriff McGraw and his sons.
To a lesser extent this is evident in some of Paul Thomas Anderson's films, at least with Hard Eight, Boogie Nights, and Magnolia.

Soldier, starring Kurt Russell and Jason Scott Lee, is set in the same universe as Blade Runner. There are also hints, via an email glimsed in "Prometheus", that suggests that Weyland was a compatriot of Eldon Tyrell and that Replicants were alternatives to the cyborgs in the Alien universe.

So in way, Alien/Prometheus, Blade Runner, Soldier, and Predator are all in the same universe. And there are Blade Runner cars in BTTF 2 when they go to the future.

Star Trek and Star Wars.
There's an R2D2 in the JJ Abbrams Trek, and the Falcon is in the movie when the Borg Cube attacks Earth.
