Cujo takes place in the same universe as Cat's Eye (Cujo is seen in the beginning chasing the cat). The cat is almost run over by a very familiar car as well. I think most of his books are in the same universe, to be honest.

I'd say that Inland Empire, Mulholland Drive, Eraserhead, Lost Highway, Twin Peaks (series and Fire Walk With Me) by David Lynch are all in the same Universe, albeit a timeless one.
Although it's hard to describe why if you're not familiar with the films, similar noises and musical notes are found in all those films, floor patterns are the same, quite abstract stuff.
I personally add Blue Velvet to that list aswell, the character of Jeffery feels like a young Agent Dale Cooper, Frank Booth could be BOB, or posessed by him. The shots of blue velvet, early version of the red drapes from the Black Lodge.

Although not movies connected, apparently Die Hard is connected with the old TV series, Chuck by way of Sgt. Al Powell.
I marked out when seeing that.

There's the Abrams universe by way of Slusho. Cloverfield, Trek, Alias, possibly Super 8 and Lost also.

Which of these are actually meant to be connected, and which ones are just easter eggs?
Up until Alien vs Predator, for example, it could've been surmised the Alien skeleton in Predator 2 was just an easter egg. Of course, we now know they're officially linked.
ET in Phantom Menace is more of an easter egg, as opposed to an actual link to the films. Similarly, I wouldn't say Star Wars is in the same universe as Indiana Jones just because C3PO and R2D2 appeared in heirogliphyths. (too lazy to look up the actual spelling)

The AvP movies are considered a separate universe from Alien & Predator.
Al Powell does appear in a Die Hard inspired episode of Chuck but they also reference Die Hard as a movie in another episode.

Soldier, starring Kurt Russell and Jason Scott Lee, is set in the same universe as Blade Runner. Yes, I recall seeing an interview with Paul W.S. Anderson where he says that he intended both Event Horizon and Soldier to take place in the Blade Runner universe. Now some examples from my favorite genre, '50s sci-fi: The Unearthly takes place in the same universe as Ed Wood's Bride of the Monster and Night of the Ghouls, due to the presence of Tor Johnson's Lobo character in all 3 films. The Magnetic Monster, Riders to the Stars, and Gog all involve a fictional government agency called the Office of Scientific Investigation, placing them in the same universe, as intended by producer Ivan Tors. Screenwriter Samuel Newman used the character Dr. Karol Noymann in both The Giant Claw and Invisible Invaders, played by Edgar Barrier and John Carradine, respectively.

So Chuck had an experience that was incredibly similar to a movie that was based on actual events? Maybe.

Transformers and G.I. Joe. They're both Hasbro properties, the film rights for both are at Paramount, they've crossed over already in the comics, and Michael Bay always shoves a bunch of military guys into the Transformer films anyway. I hate Bay's Transformer films and the first G.I. Joe, but if you show me Snake Eyes doing a somersault off of Optimus Prime and slashing at Starscream in a trailer, I'll be at that f***ing movie on opening day.

(too lazy to look up the actual spelling) Apparently the Brodo Asogi (the ET's) appear in a few other SW materials, so I think we can call it a little more than an easter egg, especially since the promotional material for E.T. the Extraterrestrial clearly stated that he was extra-galactic (his homeworld was said to be 3 M light years away)

The Marine 1, The Marine 2, The Marine 3 I still say we either need a movie or video game where Cena, DiBiase and Miz's characters have to team up and work together.
