They're strictly sold first-run on the MC website and through their subscription services. They tried a few years ago to package some of them with DC figures in crossover line that was ToysRUs exclusive, but it bombed.
On the mini-comics, they don't come with reprints of the old ones, but there's about 4 or 5 new mini-comics that have been put out that come with select figures.
It's ok, I found the minis online.
So, if they are online exclusives, then that means I have to ebay...
Oh God, hold me. I'm scared.
Ebay is one option; there are sites like bigbadtoystore.com that sell a number of them as well, in limited stock. The way I got most of mine was going to the marketplace forum at he-man.org and finding people there looking to get rid of whole lots of figures fairly cheap.
