I was shocked by Lawler saying he's never smoked, drank or abused drugs.

The latest episode of the show, Austin has announced that he's changing the format.
On Tuesdays, Austin goes PG and brings you a safe for the family version of the Steve Austin Show. On Thursdays, Austin goes rated M and brings you Steve Austin Show: Unleashed.
So if you're not a fan of Austin talking about eating pussy, calling people Mother f***ers, and calling things horseshit, well now you have a safe for work version to listen to.

I like the idea of having two different shows. It's a smart business move. I also like that there's a schedule for this show now. I love the M rated stuff, but sometimes it can be a little too much so I look forward to listening to a cleaner version of the show.
Also, I was shocked when he introduced someone else behind the controls without mentioning Mo. Did Mo get dumped or does he only work shows in LA? EDIT: Steve addresses the Mo situation at the end of the podcast, but he kinda dodges the topic. Odd.

I'll use spoiler tags just to be safe. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}He said Mo is no longer with the show and "it is what it is" without saying why Mo is gone.

Maybe Steve's noticed the way the wind is blowing and he's getting Todd.

Austin also mentioned the possibility of a 3rd show
Austin review Raw.
I'm for it. If I had a twitter, I'd give him a hell yeah. But I don't so hopefully one of you guys can.

With the Mo firing, at the end of the Jerry Lawler interview, they went on a tangent about Syria. Stone Cold said take this out in edit but it stayed in. Maybe thats why they got rid of him.

Eh, I didn't like the guy's on-air role; I generally skipped over his banter with Austin.

Just a reminder, Steve Austin Show and Steve Austin Unleashed are two seperate podcast feeds now. Oddly enough, the original one is the new show, and you have to re-subscribe if you want the original.

I remember that clip about Syria they didn't edit out, but I actually thought they did that on purpose when they left it in. It seems like a silly reason to fire him, if that's the case. With the show splitting into two brands, I can buy into the story that whoever is funding this thing just wanted to go in different direction. I always thought Mo sounded like a 17 year old stoner, which was kind of funny to me. I'll miss him for that. This new guy sounds much more professional, which I'm on the fence about.

I like how Austin's idea of family friendly is just no F bombs. Apparently there'll still be plenty of talk about cocks, pussy, tits, hard ons, blowjobs etc. Fun for the whole family.
anyways, today's guest is Joey Styles. Very interesting stories about his beginnings in ECW, what really led to his downfall as WWE commentator, and giving props to Michael Cole.
