@tomhaberstroh Chicago Bulls scored 65 points -- lowest Bulls playoff point total in past 25 years.
Bulls' 9 points in 3rd quarter a franchise low

Think the Lakers wish they still had Marc Gasol? @tomhaberstroh Chicago Bulls scored 65 points -- lowest Bulls playoff point total in past 25 years. Bulls' 9 points in 3rd quarter a franchise low The coach of the Bulls blames it on the refs.

Think the Lakers wish they still had Marc Gasol? Eh, they got 2 titles with Pau that they probably wouldn't have gotten with Marc.

Memphis takes a commanding 3 games to 1 lead.

Dang. If Memphis hadn't let Game 1 get away at the very end they would have just wrapped a sweep.
Still think they close this out back in Memphis in Game 6.

So the western conference finals could be....GoldenState Vs Memphis?
Somewhere Stern is lookin for another way to cast the BasketBall Reasons spell...to make sure that OKC wins the next 3.

I dunno, Golden State is probably the biggest draw left in the West (assuming OKC goes out) just because of Curry. San Antonio never really gets good ratings, and I don't think Memphis does either. And this is from somebody who wants to see Golden State go out more than anyone in the West because of Mark Jackson and the stupid crowd noise meter they show every 5 seconds when they're at Golden State.

Thunder don't answer well when down 3-1 in a series. This was their chance to answer back and push it to 6. So, when the Thunder lose(and yes I am at the point where I am saying "when" not "if"), it will be the third season in a row that the #1 seed in the West didn't make it out of the West.

lol remember when the Heat "could get swept"? Regardless, Miami wished they would've played Brooklyn. Even if they take care of the Bulls in Game 5, they still have to contend with how physical the team actually was. And then they will probably get Indiana, which is ALSO a physical, defensive-oriented team. Also... David Stern is sweating, because the Western Conference Finals would most likely be Memphis vs. either San Antonio or Golden State. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but the guy would probably try and give Miami all the breaks in the Eastern Conference Finals just to ensure a "watchable" NBA Finals.

As long as Miami is in the finals the ratings will be there.
And the NBA probably wants the Warriors to make it out of the remaining west teams. They're the sexy new golden boys (no pun intended). Obviously I want the Spurs to win the west, but Golden State or Memphis making it would be great for the league. Especially Golden State. Would be a great underdog story.
I still think San Antonio beats Golden State, but its going the full 7.

Bold prediction: Indiana beats Miami in the ECF ESPN likes to say Indiana is without its best player. Danny Granger's absence has made the team better. I'll take the prediction, as it's not unfeasable.

But isn't Paul George their best player? ESPN is a bunch of stupid heads. He is. ESPN was referring to Danny Granger when they make those comments.
