Depends on how angry Hulk is.

oh yea I keep on forget about that whole anger = strength part lol. Would it make a difference if it was the Doomsday from Death & Return instead of the one where he was sentient and Superman finally toppled him?

Hulk might win the first time if he's raging hard enough. Then Doomsday would adapt, come back to life even stronger and tougher than before and win the rematch.

I have to go with Hulk.
Doomsday's special power is that he evolves to be immune to any particular method used to kill him before, except direct damage. Direct damage is basically what Hulk does best. Otherwise, they're both remarkably similar in power, only Hulk would get angrier and angrier as Doomsday keeps coming back.

Hulk SMASH puny plot device! Why plot device not leave Hulk alone? Bad enough issued in EVENT comics in 90's! Hulk lost $ on speculating on 'hot comics'! Hulk bought Turok #1 with chromium cover off newstand for $3.95, two weeks later, Turok #1 in quarter bins!

Hulk wins. Each and every time. "B-b-but Doomsday adapts..." you say. While true, Doomsday has never adapted to being punched to death, and Hulk actually doesn't have a cap on his strength. Also, let me know when the shockwaves from a Doomsday punch destroys a planet and it's surroundning moons. Hulk's done that, you know.

Not always But that isn't fair Dormammu is essentially a god it is quite hard to beat something like Dormammu, even Dr. Strange has problems with him. Hulk will win depending on which version of the Hulk we get as well

That was mostly in jest to the Hulk always wins comments Dormammu would have little difficulty with either.

Yeah, Dormammu's nothing once you predict which fireball he's going to manifest, get up there, and launch him into a combo. ... I'm sorry, we're not talking about Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3?
