I love the kendo stick. The crack it makes, anyone can use it, it helped Sandman get over, and I actually own two I got for a buck each at a church-based antiques store. I keep one by my bed in order to help me get up in the middle of the night, and one by the door in case certain people show up.

I go for the old foreign object hidden in the trunks. Savage/Santana style. I came here to post this, with this very same example.

Maybe this is from some awesome dream I had or possibly a photoshop thread, but I swore somebody beat the crap out of Eugine with a handicap parking sign.
Is this real?

You sir are history's greatest monster. I've always been partial to the loaded items. (Boot, glove, elbow pad, what have you)

I remember someone beating Mark Henry up with a cheap plastic bin in recent times...
It was hilarious.

I always mark out for the ring bell being used. It seems to be built as the most dangerous of ringside objects.

My favourite is the guitar shot simply for the visual of it. The guy can take a legit full swing and really let it blow up on impact. It requires a little suspension of disbelief because you can clearly see that the guitar was fake and paper thin but as long as it's sold properly, I'll believe it. (The condition of this is that it has to be a Jarrett type fake guitar. I remember hearing how Jake Roberts' neck got all messed up because he got laid out with a shot from a real (solid) guitar from Honky Tonk Man).
A close second is the good old steel chair, but the potential for legitimate injury limits the force that can be used with them.

I like when they keep it simple, so brass knucks or a Savage-style paper-roll? works ok for me. I'm also quite fond of Lex Luger's steel-reenforced forearm. That's taking it to a whole new level.

Barbed wire definitely. WWE has done very good with the few barbed wire spots they've done over the years.
