How about Horcoff, Belanger, Hemsky, and a 3rd round k? ![](http://www.bloguinhockey.com/theroyalhalf/images/stories/10/july/6a00d8341c630a53ef011278d5415a28a4-800wi.jpeg) LOL NO. Besides, even if we took Hemsky off your hands, he would be dead by mid-season. By that, I mean Robyn Regehr would be giving him the 'Ales Hemsky Special' along the boards, every practice. I don't think Hemsky would be able to survive those for the entirety of the season. My face was funnier when you said Eberle and a 1st! Funny thing is Hemsky is nowhere near a big problem as Horcoff or Belanger (worst Oiler of all time)

I'm quite satisfied with the results of this series so far.

Leafs fans are dying a little inside. How can something that's already dead die again? Unless Leafs fans are zombies...

Seriously I feel really bad for them it's like their fanbase is built on misery and non stop media coverage having big expectations and having everyone hate your team for all the coverage they get

Would Rask be this good if he didn't have the security blanket that is Zdeno Chara?
If he played for Tampa, would he essentially be Anders Lindback?

Have you seen some of the saves he's made this series? I mean, that sliding save he made on Iginla in Game 1 was unreal. Not to mention all those crazy diving saves he makes with his stick.

I can't root for the Bruins.
I'm sorry, but Brad Marchand is just impossible to like.
This rat already has 1 Cup. Another one- yeesh, I guess it pays to get away with jerkiness as long as you score.
And Claude Julien- luckiest man alive. It's like the Bruins don't show up in the playoffs unless his job is at stake.

I haven't seen a troll as effective as he is with the skill set he has since Claude Lemieux. I would have said Sean Avery, but Marchand's a better player and isn't as bat-shit insane as Avery is off the ice. * *Note: I say this as fan of a team in the Western Conference. If I had to play him 4-6 times a year, my opinion would probably be different.

I think it might be high time you face the reality that Claude Julien might actually be a great coach. I dont always like his appraoch, but at this point, you can't argue results. A cup victory,2 ECF appearances, making the playoffs in 6 of 7 years.

Bruins have actually never missed the playoffs under Julien. 6 straight, not 6 of 7

Bruins have actually never missed the playoffs under Julien. 6 straight, not 6 of 7 Yeah, they made 6 of 7 since Chiarelli took over as GM. That was my goof. And the fact they made it EVERY year under Claude only bolsters what I said earlier

You never fire a good coach unless Scotty Bowman wants to be the head coach and will do it for free

You never fire a good coach unless Scotty Bowman wants to be the head coach and will do it for free Had they blown the 3-1 lead to Toronto, I would have understood management putting some pressure on him. But for everyone screaming for him to be fired for a chunk of the season, I always asked them who would be better/more successful with this team? I did hear Lindy Ruff and Bruce Boudreu's names tossed out there, which was funny given that neither guy has won anything. You can dislike some of his decisions (at times, I do), you can get frustrated with his defense first system (occasionally I do), but you can't argue with his overall record: A Stanley cup, 2 ECF appearances and 6 straight years of playoff births in a very competitve NHL.
