Which team will be remembered as the better team? I personally don't think there's an obvious answer, so I'm curious how the board feels. Here are some things to consider.
-MNM had a big entrance and had a valet that was a significant part of the act.
-Miz and Morrison had The Dirt Sheet, but it was mostly an online show and was less-featured on TV.
-MNM mostly competed on SmackDown, the b-show at the time.
-Miz and Morrison spent a lot of time on ECW, the c-show.
-MNM competed against London & Kendrick, the Hardy Boys, MexiCools, Deuce and Domino, Regal & Taylor, and Batista & Mysterio.
-Miz & Morrison competed against Cryme Tyme, the Colons, Jesse and Festus, Matt Hardy & MVP, John Cena & Shawn Michaels.
-John Hennigan will probably be more remembered as John Morrison than as Johnny Nitro.
-The Miz went on to become WWE Champion.
-MNM had a clear tag team name. Miz & Morrison (to my knowledge) never had an official tag team name.

Miz & Morrison for the Dirt Sheet, MNM for everything else.

MNM had a lot more great matches and a great manager. Miz and Morrison had the Dirt Sheet. Advantage MNM.

MNM were very solid, but to me they never felt like the lived up to the potential of the gimmick. Consistently good, but never really drew me in too much.
The In Crowd were a team that on paper shouldn't have worked and maybe lasted 3-4 months. Instead they were entertaining, put on decent matches (not quite as good as MNM), and were pushed just enough to get credibility without being overexposed or placed passed their credibility. Talk about an MNM reunion and I'll think it'd be kind of neat. Talk about a reunion with Miz and Morrison and I'm getting pumped.

Miz and Morrison had chemistry as characters, even if their matches weren't AS good. Felt like Edge and Christian.
MNM didn't really standout as characters, yet Nitro was pushed a little harder because he was better. Felt like the Hardyz.

Miz and Morrison were probably the best booked tag team of the last few years in WWE. They were thrown together and it just clicked and worked so well. And both got big pushes after they broke up. My favourite tag team since Edge & Christian.

MNM had a lot of decent feuds, but Miz & Morrison had a competitive match with EVERYONE, no matter how jobberific (Colin & Dreamer, Moore/Yang) or main event (HBK/HHH, HBK/Rey, Punk/Kane) they might have been.

Miz and Morrison, for one reason - cockney Undertaker. How that didn't become a huge meme on here is beyond me.

Better tag team - MNM
Better characters - Miz & Morrison.

Miz & Morrison, for one reason and one reason only: it shows the WWE's longstand formula of throwing two guys together and forming a tag team works

^Half of those sucked
Just because it's done, doesn't make it memorable or enjoyable.
And that's not a history lesson, it's just a bunch of names of guys who held the tag titles during some of the weakest points in tag division history.

I wasn't knocking you. But for every random tag team they've formed that worked, you could probably name about five that didn't. Also I disagree on some of your choices, the big reason some of these teams are more memorable than say, Johnny Nitro and Kenny Dykstra, or Hardcore Holly and Billy Gunn, is that they actually gave these guys the belts and a prominent spot. That itself doesn't mean they really worked as a single unit.

MNM has my vote, easily. But it should be noted that MNM is one of my favourite things ever in wrestling, so I'm probably more than a bit biased here.

Random teams are fine as long as they're a team and not just two singles guys. It helps if they're compatible. Jericho and Christian was a legit team IMO. Storm and Regal was legit because they were in a stable. Edge and Mysterio were another phenomenal thrown together team.
Still, teams should debut together more often. When's the last time a new team debuted?

What, no option for the extremely short-lived Nitro and Dykstra?

I liked Miz & Morrison a lot. They were entertaining and generally had good matches, but MNM gets my vote. They had good matches too. They also felt like more of a real team. I'm superficial enough to where a team with a proper name and matching outfits will almost always beat two random guys thrown together for a few months.
