I would KILL for Cena to be like the black knight from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. He'd come hopping down the ramp all bandaged up, one arm missing, bleeding from his leg stump, but give the exact same promo and still overcome the odds.

He'll have a limp or something minor. Nothing more than that

He was electrocuted so he'll have a Goldust style stutter, this will lead to WWE's version of The King's Speech.

He'll come out in a jacket that looks like a large cast. When he gets in the ring he'll tosst it aside and do a jig.

I don't remember, did Cena show up the Raw after Backlash when he was chokeslammed THROUGH A LIGHT? Because by comparison, he SHOULD be fine for tonight. He did.

Shane Mcmahon was given a belly to belly through glass and still kicked out.
John Cena was thrown through a spotlight and showed up on RAW with a limp.
They had an extreme rules match for the WWE title and I am supposed to be satisfied with John Cena and Ryback not being able to compete because they flew through some light tubes that a few ham and eggers in CZW hit each other with without flinching.
It is fair to say that John Cena will simply hold his ribs once in a while during the first promo then completely forget about his injury for the rest of the show.

Wear and tear... is that the follow-up to Cena's "heel turn" following Wrestlemania?

He'll show up as four Cenas: A cold Cena in a visor, a cyborg Cena, a young teenage Cena, and Darren Young. The real Cena, in his new black-and-silver t-shirt, will then appear and they'll do their usual hyperactive, cloying promo times five.

What I want to happen:
Cena will come out with a ridiculous amount of makeup showing his injuries...but won't act differently at all except for a strangely high pitched voice. Characters will occasionally bring up his injuries in concern and he'll enthusiastically answer "I'm fine! I'm fine!" in this strange, bizarre high pitched tone. This would officially mark the beginning of his "Invincible happy psycho" gimmick where he acts just like he does now but everyone will question how the hell that's possible while Cena keeps trying to superhero his way through things while his body is clearly breaking down despite him not noticing it, in a cartoonish fashion.
Triple H:
He'll come out and announce he can no longer beat Lesnar, having given his last hurrah at mania. So now he'll start training someone to beat him on his behalf - insertrandomfacehere.
What I think will actually happen:
Cena:
Will sell it like he almost died for about five minutes then forget about it as the show goes on.
HHH:
HHH: "BEST OUT OF 5 LESNAR" Heyman: "Okay why would he accept--" Lesnar: "DEAL"

He'll show as much wear and tear as Ryback has, which no one seems to care enough to complain about.

Did Cena remove the neckbrace and climb off the stretcher under his own power? The EMTs might have just decided to err on the side of caution with the WWE's biggest star. Pretty easy to justify storyline wise.

The loss of which would cause Triple H to turn heel, becoming ParaHHHlax, where he would become manager of an Office Depot to acquire better-built office supplies.

This is a good little example of why people are so constantly negative about the WWE. Everybody gets all annoyed not only about the things they don't like that actually happen, but they also get all upset and cynical over things that they just expect to happen that never do. So basically, all of the negative feelings about the product are doubled and exaggerated in people's minds. There are people who will carry that baggage around, that they were so angry about Cena coming out last night like nothing happened, even though they were all wrong.

But that was only because Triple H was booked as the primary focus.
