I do not know what that means. (I am new here as you can see.)

In story, I can think of a good reason why She-Hulk doesn't look as monsterous as Hulk does. Bruce Banner got the full force of the Gamma Radiation that turned him into the Hulk in the first place. Hence, he gets the whole big of powers and such. Jennifer Walters, on the other hand, got her powers from a blood transfusion from Banner. She didn't get the full hit, and his blood mixed with hers. So she only got a little bit of the powers. Hence why she's also able to better control her sanity when she's in She-Hulk form than her cousin is. And beyond that, its been established that a person's psyche can effect how the gamma rays mutate them. Hulk is a product of Banner's suppressed rage. His cousin is far more well-adjusted. As for the original question, I'd definitely go with using camera tricks and the like to make the actress seem larger rather than create the character entirely out of CGI.

there aren't too many giant women out there who are also good looking and can actually act. so I think green makeup and the LOTR camera trick is the best way to go. she looks more human than Hulk does, so you wouldn't need to go all out CGI.

I figure just use the actress playing her as the base, and just sort of add the muscles and physique as CGI. But then I wouldn;t make her super huge or anything, just incredibly toned and sexy, with a good definition. As for who would play her, I say film actress Rachel Nichols. Nichols is incredibly sexy. I'd be down for her in the role. plus she already has experience playing green women.

Just need one I mentioned earlier that I am positive we could find a current female bodybuilder with some natural charisma. It's how Schwarzeneggar started, don't forget! As for Nichols, she is gorgeous, yes, but she is also tiny. We are talking about the She-Hulk here.

I'd agree with that kind of thinking on a different topic, but it doesn't really work here. For a typical actress (let's keep using Nichols) to get into bodybuilder-level shape, it would take abooouuut 2 or 3 years of intense training, not to mention it would drastically change what other types of roles she's suitable for during the rest of her career. She probably doesn't want to go through all of that. Not to mention, there are already people who look the part without needing additional training. And it's easier to give them acting lessons than someone else a bodybuilding program. Looking the part isn't EVERYTHING... but with a role like this, it's quite a lot.

I wouldn't portray She-Hulk very well, given I am a guy with a beard.

I'd go the Avatar route; a real actress providing the voice, facial features, and all the movement, but with a CGI character onscreen. The main thing for me is that She Hulk still has to be really tall and I don't think you could capture that with live action, even with camera angles and tricks. Personality wise, I would try to find a nice balance. The key source of She Hulk's longevity is her nature as a more comedic kind of character, but I couldn't see the degree of comedy from the comic translating well on the big screen, especially not with what the last Hulk movie and The Avengers gave us. I'd give her a personality comparable to Downey's version of Tony Stark; always having a sarcastic remark to make or some little joke to throw out. I'd also tone down the sexuality of the character a bit; again part of her charm is that she revels in being a gorgeous, amazonian character, but the comics have sometimes gone way beyond that and made her out to be a full blown...you know. So I'd have her make a few sexually implicit jokes or make jokingly flirtatious remarks to some of the male characters-but I wouldn't have her hitting on every man that she see's.
