That was the deadest crowd for a main event I've ever heard. There was hardly a peep when Cena went for the 5 knuckle shuffle. Contrast it with the 6 man tag and it's pretty damning. Poor McGillicountout. It wasn't totally his fault. Why did no one pop for the 5 knuckle shuffle? Are even the kiddies getting tired of Cena now? They need to get Bryan into the main event asap.

DQ and count out are two different stipulations. Except that for as long as I can remember no DQ's have always been no countouts as well. When's the last time the WWE's done a no DQ match and someone's been counted out? Last time I remember was the Regal/Punk IC title feud in 2008. But overall, when they have no DQ matches, they don't specify no countout, it's just assumed.

I have to say, I've pretty much always associated the no DQ thing with no count-outs too. I thought it was weird a while back when they had the online poll for that Daniel Byran match and one of the match options was just no count-out. It felt incomplete without the no-DQ.

I'm pretty sure that most wrestling games, at least WWE 13 IIRC, allow you to set up No DQ rules, but still have countouts turned on.
And wrestling games have never lied to me.
Just ask WWE Champion Owen Hart.
... actually, I almost sorta wish that one DID happen. Just so we can say it did.

Yet another poorly booked finish in a WWE match then. WWE has been full of them since Extreme Rules. As soon as Cena came out to save Bryan from Ryback you just knew that Cena would be going through the table Ryback set up at ringside. Top that off with the fact that they wouldn't even allow Axel a pinfall victory over Cena it was just poor all round.
