I remember them being associated for a little bit after Chyna won the IC title, but my memory is foggy on a few things:
1) How'd they come to be together on screen?
2) I seem to remember lesbian undertones to the pairing, am I imaginging that?
3) When did they stop associating?

Jeff Jarrett. Chyna won the IC from him and Kitty started tagging along with her afterward. The lesbian tone with the Master and Slave thing was short time as someone started to complain to WWE about it.

All I remember of the Jarrett/Chyna feud is him sneaking up and hitting her over the head with a frying pan during a DX-related match then putting it in her hand as she lay unconscious.
I knew he was the heel but it made me rofl

1. Kitty got a make over and started accompanying Chyna after she won the Intercontinental title from Jeff Jarrett. In real life the pairing came about because they were friends.
2. I don't think them being lesbians was ever meant to be implied. I'm pretty sure the Master/Slave thing was just done as a giggle between the two. I think I read that a lesbian relationship between the two had been proposed (WWF were desperate for a lesbian story at the time) but Chyna didn't want to go through with it.
3. After Kitty won the Women's title she changed her name to the Kat and they quickly drifted apart
Everyone always forgets about Chynette as well, which is perfectly understandable seeing as it only lasted two shows. After Chyna broke up with Eddie, Eddie briefly paired up with Kat who dressed like Chyna again and was called Chynette. Apparently Chyna and Kat were no longer friends so that storyline got ended pretty quickly.

I thought Jeff Jarrett rewarded Debra with her own servant (Kitty) for celebrating being a double-title holder - and in the end, she ended up helping Chyna win the title, therefore moving her with Chyna.
The things I assume at an early morning when still on the first cup of coffee..
