This Actress from Star Trek once told a story about how at a convention she was meeting fans and she was about to meet a fan (He was like 2 or 3 people away) and the fan got so nervous/turned on that he actually had an orgasm whilst in line right in his pants. He still met her and she was apparently very respectful about the entire ordeal but she said that was her weirdest fan moment. Now obviously in a normal "Hi how are you" handshake situation this is pretty rare but when these guys who may not have a healthy sex life get into bed with someone who at 40+ is like a 7/10 I can see many many embarrassing situations. An orgasm is definitely a possibility but I think most guys becoming er...visibly turned on by the entire ordeal is going to be a lot more common. I can't wait to hear the stories about this though. What should be noted here is that Sunny has been a regular at Legends Of The Ring for some time. After making so many appearances at the same shows one does need to offer something new in order to keep drawing money. Piper did photos on a Piper's Pit set after a while, for example. That said, strictly looking at this from a consumer's standpoint, I can't see this being worth it.
I'm assuming due to space and cost-effectiveness that the bed will be small and uncomfortable. Even smaller if you're a stereotypical overweight wrestling fan - and let's face it, a hot guy isn't paying for this. There will probably be an obvious background so no one gets the wrong idea from the photo out of context (defeating the whole purpose of the illusion). The photo will take five seconds (which admittedly is probably 2 seconds longer than some of these guys will need to spooge), and there will probably be security right there intimidating you to make sure no one gropes her or anything else inappropriate (which is a good idea but kind of ruins the fun for some fans).
Those are all assumptions on my part like I said. I could be wrong. But if I'm even close all in all it sounds like a very uncomfortable situation that you get to pay for. No thanks. What I'm really worried about is what Sunny will have to do once THIS stops drawing.

It was bad enough I touched her ass by accident but I did not jizz (thank the lord.) That said, I can't see this lasting long. Something is going to happen.
