I think everyone who showed up to defend CHIKARA at the end of NPWD are technicos for as long as this angle continues. Notice that Eddie and Chucky T were nowhere in sight. EDIT: Besides, Obariyon and Kodama have some pretty flashy double-team offense that I think could get over fine. Probably wouldn't be the best idea to build this one around a hot tag (that should be reserved for Envoy/BDK) but if they keep it at the pace of a wild brawl - like Sinn Bodhi's last CHIKARA match against the Envoy themselves - it should work out quite well. I've seen more hate online at this match than I have anything else on the card, and I think it's pretty shitty to overlook how good Obariyon & Kodama work as a team. Oliver Grimsley as well, who most of those same people would say was one of the breakout stars of NPWD 2013. |
