What an amazing show. Tanahashi and Okada was just about a perfect match. Never have I seen a match fly by that much, had no idea they had gone thirty minutes. The more I think about it, the more I want Suzuki and Shibata in the finals. Would be fantastic. Probably gonna watch the finals live.

I'm definitely thinking that Shibata's gonna win Block A now, but Block B's tricky, though I think Nakamura, Suzuki or maybe Naito will take it, starting to lean towards Suzuki.

You MUST WATCH Ishii vs. Shibata. Five star match. Insane right from the opening bell. They did not relent one bit. Surprised it wasn't mentioned yet, but Meltzer did indeed give that match 5 stars.

I get this funny feeling that either Iizuka or Hashi are in for a long night while Ishii just stoically goes about doing what he does.

I'm glad people still think Naito is a chance. If he ends up winning and proving me (mostly) right, I will plotz.

Really hope Naito doesn't play spoiler to Suzuki. Suzukigun for IWGP Heavyweight Champion.

Well damn... the stars aligned and Naito is in the finals.
And then Tanahashi got past Shibata.
We now have Naito vs Tanahashi. Not the final that I was expecting and also not really the final I was looking forward to.
I'm betting now the Naito push is on.

Yeah, this was not really the final I was hoping for. Should still be excellent though.

I'm disappointed, because I kept denying the idea of Naito winning, even though I had predicted it since he lost against Tanaka.
But... It could have been worse. Tanahashi was this close from winning. Or, *shivers*, who knows what would have happened if Goto hadn't gotten injured.
