I'm the one in the red.
First time I've really shared my work on a message board.
I have been wrestling since 7/28/12, originally trained in Tennessee, and then trained with Billy Robinson for a couple weeks this summer. Plan on going back. I feel there were a couple things that I feel could have been better about this match, and some of the things that I did.
Any criticism is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You sell really well and some of those exchanges are fairly complex. That snapmare variation the other guys uses doesn't really seem like it should be a finisher, but a fun brief match all in all. Where about have you wrestled other than Tennessee?

Guy your size, I wouldn't go into a test of strength spot.
When your opponent distracted the ref, he should have put you out to his manager's side and had his manager lay the boots to you. Otherwise, why distract the ref? Unless the ref goes into his 10 count and your opponent doesn't want to win that way, if he's face, but he's the heel.
I think you should be a little more explosive in your moves. I think you took too much time between them.
When he tapped, I think you should have confronted the ref much quicker. You've won. the ref didn't notice. Get in his face.
Also, you're probably the only person ever to lose to a snap mare.
Good little match. I liked it.

I lured him into one of my tricks while he was thinking he had me. The manager was just playing mind games, although the distraction was kind of unnecessary in that scenario. Yeah, I agree. I was thinking the same thing. Due to so much selling and not going quickly for the cover, there was never a point where the crowd thinks I had a chance to get the win before locking in the double wrist lock. I'm going to start jumping into the cover from now on, then sell after he kicks out, rather than walking over like nothing is wrong with me. True. I didn't think about that. His finisher is actually the Snapmare Driver. My head is being driven into the canvas.

With the ref missing the tap out spot, I think the time you take is the difference between you being screwed and you being a dummy. You stood around so long, you kind of deserve it at that point. Move into that quicker, you've clearly won, but the heel took advantage and got it over on you. I think the spot is fine, timing is off.

Yeah, after viewing it again and looking at it that way, I agree. That's why I just prefer a clean finish, much simpler and to the point.

Feel free to tell me to go f*** myself. I don't mind.

I'm just restating my original point and your point, for like a 3rd time, but yeah, didn't feel sorry for you once you lost. Just thought "Well, that's he gets".

The downside with the match was the other dude's name. Or more accurately the announcer, who kept saying the name.
It really took me out of it, as I was able to absorb the match a bit better once I rewatched it without the sound.
Plus the manager... annoyed me? I mean... I guess it is a 'dark' gimmick. But... I have a hard time taking a tubby guy with a goatee in belted slacks and a polo as being... dark. Weezing when he meets his life-long nemesis, An Incline, perhaps, but not dark.
Otherwise I don't have much of any grips to you in the sense of what you were doing in the match, as that is stuff I have no experience with, and you will be able to sort through that better than I could... though the most awkward part of all of that was the interference. I don't know if cues were missed or what. It is a moment where you establish your character, and the passive aggressive glowering did next to nothing for me. All I could think of is "Why aren't you kill Tubby?" But there could be things I am not aware of.
And, you need something on your arms. May some wrist tape, and an elbow sleeve on the elbow you are going to be using the most.
