I've noticed in some of his matches as a heel that he wore something that was over the bridge of his nose, was it to help him breathe better? it just seems like something odd to wear in the ring, even though I hardly noticed it, has anyone else even noticed it?

His gimmick was that he was some lucrative sports athlete. A lot of athletes in basketball and football tape their nose.

Plenty of athletes wear the nose patch to help them breathe. And MVP's gimmick was created around the pro players.

Booker T wore one too, IIRC.

If I remember correctly from Robbie Fowler it basically sets the nose back into a fully open position if it was broken. Meaning that they are able to take deep breaths.

It's the same thing as a breathe right strip you can buy in Wal-Mart to help you breathe better. Useful if you're a highly trained athlete whose moving around a lot.

I tried using them once and didn't notice a difference. I also had a hard time keeping it on my nose.

Satoshi Kojima of New Japan has also been a big fan of the breathe right strip.

Booker T wore one too, IIRC. It always made me think of Harlem Heat, yeah.

They're also designed to be worn while sleeping to help prevent snoring. Some wrestlers should hand these out to the fans prior to their matches.

Booker T wore one too, IIRC. As did Ahmed Johnson. I'm not gonna make a certain colored joke in coincidence of all this.
