Not on Pay Per View but I think an Impact main event between the two in some kind of Street Fight or match to cover up Hulk's weakness would be pretty decent.
Have Bully beat the crap out of Hulk and pin him in a 10 minute match or something. Similar to Hogan/Sting from BFG 11,
I assume most of you will be adamantly against it so instead of asking if you'd want to see it I'll ask if you can see TNA doing this within the next 2 months to build Bully up a little more before Bound For Glory.

If he destroyed his own crew, one by one, because he thought they were incompetent - that'd be pretty bad ass.

I do think this would be a pretty good way to build heat, and it's always seemed to me there would be a good chance of it happening at some point. Hogan did surprise me with how good the match with Sting at BFG was. Not a classic or anything, but a fun match. I think it just comes down to if he's in good enough physical condition to do another match. I'm not really sure what kind or what he's in now. But as a TV angle to build heat? Sure.

"My daughter was so humiliated by you that she quit TNA, brother. Now, I'm going to take it out on you!"
Have Bully dodge Hogan by throwing his whole crew at him, letting him take out the remaining Aces & 8's members to kill the stable off for good in squashes. Not actual matches, just have Bully slip out while his remaining stable-mates think that he has their back and get blindsided by Hogan. Bully angrily takes it out on all of them for failing to stop Hogan, and they leave/get kicked out. The stable dies down to him and hot Brooke. Then have Bully destroy Hulk in a short, gimmicky match.
I'm not fond of the idea of Hogan wrestling in 2013, but I don't think that'd be a terrible idea to blow off the feud and finally get rid of the stable.

I don't think Hogan can even take a simple back bump any more, can he?

I don't think Hogan can even take a simple back bump any more, can he? I've heard he can but it takes him awhile to recover post match. I heard the match with Sting took him over a month to recover from entirely and that only had 3-4 bumps in it. With a match against Bully you'd probably be looking at 1 bump maybe 2 but there are ways of working around that in a no dq type match.

I'd rather see Hogan/Magnus vs. Bully/Anderson. Bully still gets the pin to look good, but Hogan doesn't have to do as much and you have a better match. It would also give a rub to Magnus by teaming him with Hogan.
Also, even if he could put on more than a short match, I don't want to see a 60 year old Hulk Hogan getting a shot at the TNA World title and I don't want to see all the bitching that will come with that math.

After nine back surgeries, and with two fake hips, Hogan's stupid if he tries to take even one bump ever again when there's no real need for it.

Doesn't Bully have a bit of a bad reputation for being overly rough with the guys he's in the ring with? He's not really someone I'd want to see Hogan work with in his present condition as it seems like a disaster waiting to happen. I'm not saying he would take liberties, but if the currently incredibly litigious Hulk Hogan receives a career ending injury working with him, which is more likely than not given his present day state, you know he'll sue TNA, Bully Ray and anyone else he can think of.
And as for the question, no, I just can't see them letting Hogan in the ring, if he were anywhere near able to compete he would have done so by now. Also, I'm not sure if it's still ongoing, but Hogan was suing the clinic that performed his back surgery and it would be kind of hard to claim they robbed him of a payday for a final match with Cena after going up against Bully Ray.

Just like Hogan vs Goldberg except that pulled more than a 1.0
