Didn't Khali squash him in RAW match once? I think that was a Saturday Night Main Event.

In spite of all this, let's not sell Bryan's win short: Cena's lost clean to big-name veterans, and to his contemporaries Batista and Orton, but Bryan's the first and thus far only guy of the succeeding generation, who didn't debut in WWE until after Cena was established as the top star, to go over him clean. And that's a big deal, IMO. Agreed and well said, Summerslam was a game changer.

Is it completely clean since he had an injury that needed protection and the doctor's reassurance at ringside?

Except Cena left the ring to stop Johnny Ace from interfering. Yes, but, after Punk threw Cena back into the ring after hitting Cena with the GTS, he, too, was distracted by Vince/Ace. And, when he went back into the ring, he walked into an AA. Had Punk lost there, I don't think too many people would say it wasn't clean. So, when Cena did it, they had been equally distracted, so I say it was a clean win. Using that logic, that clusterf*** of an ending between Punk and Triple H was clean as well since the two were equally distracted.
