Why on earth do they still think this is a good idea?
Sandow shouldn't go from midcarder to invincible but... he should at least be winning his "warm up" feuds against the likes of Cody Rhodes and not needlessly jobbing. Slowly build him up with a run of victories, have him partake in a few very close matches with main eventers and hell, let him get a "shock" victory over a main event face like RVD to build him up so he actually looks like a credible champion when he cashes in.
The WWE's habit of jobbing out the MitB holder rather than building them up is utterly baffling.

Notice that they only seem to do this with the blue briefcase... Personally, this could be one of the main reasons why the World Heavyweight Championship has lost status in recent years.

They kept talking about how a win for Cody would elevate him into the #1 contender for the title when Sandow wins it.
Sounds like a hard push to the sow the seeds for future World Champion Cody Rhodes. Now, if that devalues the title, that's another question entirely.

Probably why Kane cashed his in so quickly. Although I think Sandow attempted to break the curse with his new briefcase. Though in the case of Sandow losing to Rhodes, I can hope that it'll lead to a ladder match between the two at Night of Champions for the case.

I'm normally for a "future champion" looking good, but Sandow has this...I don't know what you would call it. Charisma? Whatever it is, it pretty much covers him no matter if he wins or loses. In fact, he's one of the lone exceptions of retaining his heat no matter the case, and he's so vain, he never really regards much to his losses to begin with. He just comes out there and insults people again. I'm a huge fan of the guy and I honestly don't mind keeping him in the main event scene but having him lose frequently. He can handle it and it can work for others.
I'm glad Cody got the win tonight. He definitely needed it.

I hate when they job Heels out, and somehow they're a threat to the Face Champion shortly after. It makes no damn sense.
