I looked around on YouTube and came to these results:
1:45 - André the Giant (The Main Event, counting the end as when he says that he surrenders the title to DiBiase) 1:55 - Big Show (TLC 2011) 2:05 - Yokozuna (Wrestlemania IX) 3:09 - Jeff Hardy (Extreme Rules 2009) 3:35 - John Cena (Elimination Chamber 2010) 4:13 - CM Punk (Summerslam 2011, if you count Cena's WWE title as a separate one) 5:23 - Daniel Bryan (Summerslam 2013) 7:36 - Dolph Ziggler (Smackdown February 18, 2011, going from the moment Vickie presents him as the new champion)
After that is Orton at No Mercy 2007 which lasted for somewhere around 15 minutes, as he at least defended it in a competitive match, followed by Triple H who held it for most of that PPV.

Undertaker & Kane's first reigns look lengthy compared to those.

Undertaker & Kane's first reigns look lengthy compared to those. As does Rey Mysterio's WWE title reign.

I'm pretty sure they count Punk's first WWE title reign as lasting uninterrupted from MITB until the cash-in at SummerSlam. Other than that, you're spot-on.

Undertaker & Kane's first reigns look lengthy compared to those. As does Rey Mysterio's WWE title reign. And Bob Backlund's in '94.
