Wasn't there a rumour that he already had a third strike but wwe kept it quiet? Or did I just dream that?

I have a better question... How many times do you have f-up at staying out of trouble before it ends your carreer as a main eventer? A LOT apparently. It wouldn't make any sense if people lost their chance at being a main eventer forever if they got a second strike. Then it'd be a two-strike policy. Granted, if he tested positive tomorrow I doubt they'd do anything, but still, I don't see why two strikes should mean a guy can't be a main eventer again jut because he might get caught again.

He's bulletproof. WWE would just cover it up.

This possibly means Hunner will have to make himself champion to continue this angle. Orton better watch his...everything. Oh.. dear lord, you're right! Keep yer nose clean Orton, for all our sakes!

Nothing as most likely the WWE will find some bullshit loophole in wellness policy that will prevent him from being released.

He's the Corporate Champion. He's better than that now.

Turn it into a storyline where someone switched the samples. He was framed!

I think Orton has been specifically told that while he is meant to be their top heel champion, he is replaceable. And because of that, I don't think Orton is going to screw this opportunity up. If he does, he is toast.

He'll be fired for a year. If a guy fails a 3rd strike, they cover it up, and somebody leaks it, they're f***ed. Shhhhh don't bring logic into this cause ya know...well you can finish it.

He will be made to sit on Triple H's WrestleMania throne in the WWE storage warehouse while wearing one of those huge DUNCE caps.
Every so often someone will stop by with a sandwich.

If Orton DID get a 3rd strike I'd expect they would just accelerate the storyline and potentially do a "Loser leaves WWE" match. They would cover for him as long as it took to achieve a pay-off.

They will retroactively erase his previous wellness violations and count this as the first....because VOICES Orton was framed by the voice that has the knowledge and the power to rule your fate.

Wasn't his last failure in something like 2007? If we were to accept that as the truth, I think he's earned another chance.
