Is that it? Is he fired?
If so, why on earth would they put the title on him!?

I have a better question...
How many times do you have f-up at staying out of trouble before it ends your carreer as a main eventer?
A LOT apparently.

Daniel Bryan will have to RKO himself. And it will be excellent.

If WWE follows their protocol, he is released and can be brought back in a year with him having two strikes. I believe he may have to have had some rehab in the interim as well or WWE wouldn't bring him back. I think that's the protocol. WWE does allow themselves to continue to use a talent before they suspend or release them so that they can finish stories or have talent drop titles. They'd have Orton lose his title to Bryan and then release him.

This possibly means Hunner will have to make himself champion to continue this angle.
Orton better watch his...everything.

He's reached the point where failing a wellnes policy would be simply ignored if he's even getting tested after violating it already twice. He's safe IMO.

It'll never happen, but I'd love if they had an angle on screen where Orton is all worried because he "had a big night" and "those people are coming after the show" and Hunter will be all "Don't sweat it bro, I'll take care of it", basically covering up for Orton.

he gets an HBK policy where he's the only one on the roster allowed to do drugs.

He'll get "injured" and will be seen hanging out at beaches like Big Dave for a month or two.

He'll be fired for a year. If a guy fails a 3rd strike, they cover it up, and somebody leaks it, they're f***ed.

He uses a urine sample from one of his wives, so he's safe.
Unfortunately, the test also found he's pregnant

He'll be released, and The Miz would be Triple H's new corporate champion.

Did they put the title on Jeff Hardy with 2 strikes as well, but I could see them somehow forgiving the little indiscretion
