Especially if being said by a wrestling fan typing on the internet. I find hilarious that a fringe group of overly critical people exist to chastise a fringe group of overly critical people. They don't even see the hypocrisy.

"E C DUB" "Bischoff/Vince stole ......... from ECW" Depends on how "stole" is defined. They did hire talent away from ecw, but at the same these wrestlers willingly left. Nobody held a gun to their heads. I remember someone trying to come up with a stupid, convaluted logic that wcw forced guys like benoit and malenko to go since they were also employees of new Japan and that the two companies had adeal or something. My head already hurts thinking about it.

It sends me right up the wall whenever anyone is like "Well, the IWC would say this."
The internet is a communication tool. It's really stupid to pretend like everyone gets the same opinion on something just because of how they choose to talk about it. It's not like in 1975 we'd all be talking about the "phone community" having an opinion.

You guys probably already know this but the term "IWC" is generally used to describe smart marks. That's all it is it's a nicer way of saying "Smart mark"
So your guys who love Joe, Daniels, AJ, Bryan Danielson, CM Punk and refuse to admit any wrong doing or support anyone different then those types get labelled as the "IWC" because they are the stereotype of the IWC. Of course everyone on a forum is apart of the IWC and yes by definition we all are members of the IWC but when people are "Anti-IWC" they are basically anti smark. Again, it's a nice way of saying smark.

My head already hurts thinking about it. That's why I hate the phrase "stole". "Lured away" would be accurate. I agree with what Bischoff says about it on the "Rise and Fall of ECW" DVD (without the comments about not being paid). What is wrong with seeing a talent that you want to sign and when his contract ends (or if he's on a weekly contract) you pay him better? Any wrestler could get injured at any time they get in the ring, if they could get more money for an easier schedule, then I don't blame them. The whole Mike Awesome saga did make WCW look bad though.

Mark/Ringrats. The stupidest thing wrestling does is insult its fans.
And they wonder why they do low ratings....

What does that make you, though? You're guilty of all the things you said, but only in reference to TNA. So refusing to admit any wrong doing with Bryan, Punk et al is mockable, but defying all criticism of TNA isn't? Do you not see that this how you are perceived?

This isn't a TNA thread and I feel you're trying to bait me into an argument so I'll be quick: I'm not biased towards TNA. I've said many times over on the TNA board how I dislike EGO, Knockouts, MMA guys etc I am a fan of the product but not endlessly biased. What do I consider myself? A big TNA fan. A sign of "smarky" behaviour is the recent Punk thing. Most people here loved it and thought it was amazing and immediately began defending Punk. If it were Cena or anyone who isn't a smark favourite we'd of had the "X IS UNPROFESSIONAL!" debate but because CM Punk did it everything is okay.

HHHater. No doubt. The word "hater" in and of itself sounds dumb enough.

I always thought the word "smark" sounded kinda dumb...
This isn't some clever pot-shot. I genuinely hate the word.
